Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop well-fitting patterns from sketches, samples, and specifications while working in collaboration with the Pattern Engineer.
∎ Digitize shoe shell pattern, create manual pattern from shoe lasts, print patterns, and maintain measurement descriptions and grading databases.
∎ Create CAD measurement specifications, as well as any required design and construction changes
∎ Measure samples, conduct fittings, identify and analyzes fit/pattern issues, and provides solutions while working in collaboration with the Commercialization and Development team for sample improvement.
∎ Grade patterns by creating and maintaining graded measurement specifications.
∎ Provide necessary CAD files in different formats (DXF/SVG/IGES/PAT) to the Costing Team to make materials consumption alongside the production technical team to make necessary tooling and gauges to run shoe production smoothly.
∎ Discuss or apply any additional information or sketches as necessary in shoe development to the Pattern Engineer/Managers
∎ Follow up 3D concept to analyze shoe patterns and achieve requirements of the customers/brands as assigned by the Pattern Engineer/Managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
