Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Patrol assigned parking areas to monitor for parking violations and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
∎ Issue parking tickets to vehicles that are parked illegally or in violation of parking rules and regulations.
∎ Assist patrons with parking-related inquiries and provide information on parking regulations, rates, and payment options.
∎ Collect parking fees from patrons using cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
∎ Process payments accurately and issue receipts to patrons for their records.
∎ Maintain organized records of parking transactions and ticket issuance.
∎ Coordinate with management and/or law enforcement as needed to address parking-related issues or disputes.
∎ Ensure that parking equipment, such as ticket machines and payment kiosks, is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
