Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for day-to-day park operations and management.

• Supervise all departments including ticketing, rides, food court, security and cleaning.

• Ensure safety, discipline and operational standards across the park.

• Manage staff duty rosters, attendance and performance.

• Handle visitor service, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor daily ticket sales, revenue and expense records.

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of rides and facilities.

• Coordinate with management and submit regular operational reports.

• Handle emergency situations, accidents and crowd control.

• Support promotional activities, events and smooth park operations.
