Educational Requirements:
∎ Paramedic/ Diploma in Midwife/ Diploma in Nursing science Midwifery/ Medical assistance.

Job Context:
∎ CWFD emerged from an emotional response to help women in need of reproductive health care counseling. The organization, originally named as "Concerned Women for Family Planning (CWFP), started its voluntary activities in 1974 to help the refugees coming to Dhaka city after the devastating famine of 1974. The organization was registered in 1975 with Directorate of Social welfare and formally launched its project activities in 1976 with only 5 female staff to cover an area of Dhaka city slum comprising around 50,000 people. ∎ Project Summary: At present, CWFD is going to implement a Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) project at 10 districts and 25 Upazilas in collaboration with Social Marketing Company (SMC).
∎ Job Duration: Initial one year August 2023 to July 2024 (Possibility of extension based on performance and budget).
∎ Job Location: Upazila office of Babugonj under Barishal district, Upazila office of Naicity, Rajapur and Kathalia under Jhalokathi district, Upazila office of Bhandaria, Kawkhali, Mathbaria and Swarupkathi under Pirojpur district, Upazila office of Hajigonj, Shahrasthi, Kachua and Faridgonj under Chandpur district, Upazila office of Nagarkanda and Bhanga under Faridpur district, Upazila office of Rajoir and Kalkini under Madaripur district, Upazila office of Mukshadpur under Gopalgonj district, Upazila office of Delduar, Basail, Gopalpur and Dhanbari under Tangail district, Upazila office of Sharishabaro and Mathergonj under Jamalpur district, Upazila office of Gior and Doulatpur under Manikgonj district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stay at the Upazila Office under mentioning district.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan, organize and conduct Pregnant Women Checkup Shamabesh at the community level.
∎ Ensure that all the Pregnant Women of her Upazial completes at least 04 Anti Natal Checkups ensuring into her Upazila.
∎ Keep close coordination with pregnant women, provide counselling and guidance.
∎ Prepare all kinds of project reports, documentations and submit to the CWFD head office through the Coordinator and other respective offices in a regular basis.
∎ Maintain all kinds of liaison, coordination and effective communication among the stakeholders, donor representatives and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ The Paramedics will oversee the Women Entrepreneurs called Gold Star Members (GSMs) activities and will support the team for undertaking knowledge and skills development initiatives.
∎ Provide technical support to GSMs to create awareness and increase sales of public health products especially Full Care and Forbon to the Pregnant Women and community people.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Only Female candidates are eligible for the position
∎ Have good facilitation, communication, networking and team building skills
∎ Have good writing skills in preparing report in both English and Bangla
∎ Have experience in extensive field movement
∎ Computer literacy will be added as an advantage
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Selected candidate will be offered Tk. 22,000/- with other benefits i.e., Festival bonus, transportation bill and mobile allowance as per budget.
