Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) from Medical Assistant Training Schools (MATS) with valid BMDC Registration Number

• Patient Assessment Skills

• BLS, ACLS and CPR

• Wound Care and Trauma Management

1. Emergency Medical Care & Patient Assessment

• Respond swiftly to emergency calls and provide advanced life support (ALS) to patients at the scene and en route to the hospital.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, cardiac monitoring (ECG), blood glucose testing, and neurological evaluations.

• Administer necessary medications, perform intravenous (IV) cannulation, and manage advanced airway procedures (e.g., intubation) per clinical guidelines.

• Perform life-saving interventions such as CPR, defibrillation, bleeding control, and trauma stabilization.

2. Transport & Handover

• Safely and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities while continuously monitoring their condition.

• Provide a clear, concise, and comprehensive clinical handover to emergency department staff upon arrival, ensuring continuity of care.

3. Protocol Adherence & Infection Control

• Maintain adherence to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards at all times, ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols are followed to mitigate transmission risks.

• Execute post-transport decontamination and sanitation of the ambulance, clinical equipment, and reusable medical supplies.

4. Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspections of the emergency vehicle, ensuring it is fully stocked with unexpired medications, functional equipment, and adequate supplies.
