∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Install and support enterprise applications. Perform data maintenance and data archiving
∎ 2. Must have good internet connection at home and must have at least one smartphone, and
∎ desktop/laptop.
∎ 3. Serve as the secondary administrator of all assets within our diverse tech stack.
∎ 4. Creating user accounts, performing access control, and assist colleagues with issues as they arise.
∎ 5. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
∎ 6. Identify, diagnose, and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and
∎ disruption to operations.
∎ 7. Coordinate the deployment of new applications, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and efficiently
∎ into the existing infrastructure.
∎ 8. Work closely with business and engineering teams to define, implement and support high tech
∎ operations.
∎ 9. Take assistant ownership of IT systems, including development, implementation, deployment, and
∎ maintenance of the systems
∎ 10. Establish best practices to perform IT functions. Ability to learn new technologies and concepts
∎ quickly.
∎ 11. Function in an environment with numerous cybersecurity compliance requirements.
∎ 12. Strong English Communication - reading, professional speaking, active listening, professional
∎ writing.
∎ 13. Polite, Active-Smart, Intelligent and able to work under pressure.
∎ 14. Problem-solving abilities to handle administrative issues smoothly without external assistance.
∎ 15. Advanced knowledge and experience on the principles and common procedures of virtual industry.
