Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Basic Excel,MS office,Brand Management
∎ Skills Required: Good at MS Office speciallay in Excel, Meet timeline, Problem Solving, Strong communication skills , Teamwork and Cooperation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the team lead or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
∎ Conducting Google research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients.
∎ Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
∎ Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
∎ Updating documents and sales records.
∎ Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
∎ Observing and carrying out sales processes.
∎ Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
∎ Assisting managers with negotiations.
∎ Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
∎ Support product team through manual software testing and providing feedback on bugs and improvement areas.
∎ Key success factors:
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Basic Excel knowledge will be added extra privilege.
∎ Good MS Office skills with strong grab on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
∎ Good Email writing skill.
∎ Strong organizational and problem solving skills with an ability to develop relationships at all levels with customers, representatives and personnel
∎ Travel up to 50% of the time primarily within Dhaka.
∎ Learning Mind-Set with Can-Do Attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ BDT 5000 (Monthly) will be given as transportation allowance.
