We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & PS Chairman. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for patients/clients and will ensure smooth front-desk operations, excellent service delivery, and positive customer experience.
Greet patients/clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through the booking system.
Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and after-service care.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all data.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
Keep the reception area neat, professional, and presentable at all times.
Support customer engagement and marketing initiatives (feedback forms, loyalty programs, social media responses).
Provide general administrative support as required.
