Education:
  • Master’s in accounting or finance with CA/ACCA.

  • Course completed with minimum part 2 Professional Certificate of CA.

    Strong knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.

  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required: Budgeting and Forecasting,ERP Systems,Financial analysis and reporting,Financial Reporting,General ledger,Internal Auditing,payroll management

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage the accounts and finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

  • Develop and implement accounts and financial policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.

  • Manage the annual budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.

  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.

  • Have to follow up on VAT & TAX of the Company.

  • Ensure VDS, TDS, VAT returns and Tax returns are in a timely as per rules & regulations.
