Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the everyday operations of a outlet, including sales, accounts, inventory and customer relations.
∎ Ensure properly product cleanliness and product display .
∎ Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
∎ Ensure all employees are providing excellent customer service
∎ Communicate with management, customers and related personnel.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Generate Daily/Monthly/ Yearly reports in accordance with various reports formats to the management.
∎ Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
∎ Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should be honest and hard working.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in English.
