∎ Crescent Enterprise is an authorised YAMAHA dealer at Palton area (culvert Road) provides sales, service and spares of renowned Japanese brand YAMAHA motorcycle. Our territory is Motijheel, Paltan, old Dhaka, Kakrail, Eskaton, Baily Road, Komlapur, Rayerbagh, Jatrabari as YAMAHA dealer appointed by ACI Motors Ltd.
∎ Job Location: 37/2 Purana Paltan (culvert Road), Dhaka, Dhaka-1000
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have leadership ability.
∎ Responsible for developing comprehensive and integrated sales and marketing plan.
∎ Setting annual, semi-annual and monthly sales target.
∎ Responsible for setting most effective promotional activities.
∎ Should be smart and dynamic.
∎ Close contact of all Bikers and Bike lovers.
∎ Plan, organize and establish sales network/coverage and ensure growth of market share.
∎ Frequent field visit, monitor and follow up the sales operations for achieving sales target
∎ Ensure compliance of organizational rules and policies in sales and administration.
∎ Ability to explore new business opportunities & customer development.
∎ To ensure good relationship with general and corporate customers.
∎ Submit regular report to management, collect market and customer information and provide feedback to the Management.
∎ Following up customers regularly for feedback and quires.
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases.
∎ Ability to take up challenges and maintain a significant growth in business.
∎ Remain in close contact with the potential customers, visit door-to-door of residential area enormously within the territory.
∎ Distribute leaflet flyers, sticker, posters, and emails to promote YAMAHA products or services.
∎ Active with Facebook page.
∎ Follow up clients through phone call and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Manage, supervise, leading and control the entire outlet team to achieve the goals & objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Must have minimum 3 years practical working experience as outlet/showroom incharge for similar field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Should have working experience in Microsoft Excel, word, e-mail communication as well in Computer.
