Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales growth for the fashion category across assigned outlets.
∎ Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take action to improve performance.
∎ Identify fast- and slow-moving items and optimize stock levels accordingly.
∎ Ensure attractive, seasonal, and trend-aligned merchandising in all assigned stores.
∎ Maintain display standards to increase visibility and enhance customer engagement.
∎ Ensure adequate stock availability on shelves and avoid out-of-stock issues.
∎ Ensure all products have correct price tags and barcode labels.
∎ Display promotional materials (offers, discounts, tags) clearly and timely.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing or pricing team for updates and implementation.
∎ Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure category execution standards are met.
∎ Train and guide store staff on fashion product knowledge and customer interaction.
∎ Collect customer feedback and report issues to the relevant department.
∎ Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in inventory checks.
∎ Ensure damaged or defective products are returned or replaced promptly.
