Experience:
Sensitivity to cultural and social differences, as well as an understanding of the specific challenges faced by the Marginalized community who are most at risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with Affected Populations.
Familiarity with SRHR issues, family planning, HIV/STI prevention, GBV, MHPSS and other related topics.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, while maintaining a non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, gender equity, and accountability to affected populations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and; knowledge of Rohingya or Chittagonian dialects is an asset.
· Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Outlet, ensuring integrated and quality services on GBV case management, SRHR, HIV, STI, and MHPSS, with a strong focus on gender-diverse populations.
· Ensure survivor-centered GBV case management, including safe identification, confidential handling, referral, follow-up, and documentation.
· Promote safe, inclusive, and confidential access to services by addressing stigma and barriers.
· Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers (including Outreach Supervisors and Community Outreach Volunteer) to ensure quality GBV response, confidentiality, and respectful engagement with beneficiaries.
· Coordinate targeted interventions for at-risk populations and vulnerable adolescents, ensuring appropriate GBV prevention, risk mitigation, and response services.
· Ensure functional referral pathways for GBV survivors, including health, legal, protection, and psychosocial services, maintaining strong coordination with relevant service providers.
· Monitor GBV trends, risks, and safety concerns within the community and service center, and proactively implement mitigation measures following “Do No Harm” principles.
· Provide technical guidance to outreach teams to ensure safe outreach practices, ethical communication, and effective GBV risk identification and referrals.
· Ensure proper documentation and reporting of GBV cases (anonymized and confidential), and contribute to internal and external reporting requirements.
· Promote and enforce Safeguarding, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and SHEA standards, ensuring all staff and volunteers adhere to zero-tolerance policies.
· Regularly review service delivery performance, including client flow, GBV case trends, and service uptake, and take corrective actions to improve access and quality.
· Coordinate with the line manager to review and adjust activity plans and targets, especially in response to gaps in GBV service delivery.
· Prepare and submit timely work plans, GBV-sensitive progress reports (monthly/quarterly), highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
· Maintain availability and proper management of health and protection commodities, including condoms, lubricants, and GBV response materials.
· Facilitate safe, inclusive, and confidential service environments within the center, ensuring privacy and protection for all clients.
· Build and maintain coordination and liaison with local GBV actors, protection partners, and HIV/SRHR service providers to strengthen integrated service delivery.
· Represent the organization in relevant GBV, protection, and coordination forums, contributing to advocacy for gender-diverse populations.
· Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and work planning, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
· Enforce Safeguarding, PSEA, and SHEA policies, ensuring zero tolerance and accountability.
· Manage resources, commodities, petty cash, and assets with transparency and accountability.
· Strengthen coordination, representation, and community awareness on GBV prevention and available services.
· Ensure staff safety and well-being, and perform any additional duties assigned by management.
