Job Context:
∎ Works as Trainee Outlet Executive -Retail Shop
∎ Run an Outlet/Shop successfully. Working on the shop floor, the incumbent is required to be consistent with his customers.
∎ Ensuring great customer service as well as dealing with inventory aspects of the outlet.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in achieving sales targets.
∎ Greeting customers warmly and ensuring the highest level of services.
∎ Handling customer complaints with sincere care.
∎ Keep the shelves and other workstations and customer areas clean and hygienic.
∎ Assist in receiving products from warehouse/suppliers and engage in loading, unloading & carrying products to shelves.
∎ Check the expiry of products periodically and report to the Manager.
∎ Operate a cash register and process payments.
∎ Monitor store security.
∎ Delivering products at the customer's place.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned as per the requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance, Profit share
