Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or graduate with 2 years' experience in NGO sector;
∎ Skills Required: Communication and collaboration, Community Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will organize day to day field activities according to the project action/operation plan;
∎ Building good rapport with the communities and strongly mobilize the project participants and stakeholders;
∎ S/he will form and facilitate the SHGs, UDMC and WDMC on their roles and responsibilities;
∎ S/he will coordinate with community representatives, leaders and other stakeholders including Govt and NGO's;
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as guided by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Diverse knowledge on DRR & CCA and livelihood issues;
∎ Have experience to facilitate SHGs, UDMC and WDMC
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
