∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ - Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including supply chain, inventory management, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
∎ - Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the accounts team to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to achieve profitability goals.
∎ - Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
∎ - Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market presence while maintaining the company’s commitment to healthy food standards.
∎ - Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, food safety standards, and company policies while upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
∎ - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure a reliable supply chain for high-quality ingredients.

∎ - Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, financial metrics, and progress toward profitability goals.
∎ Qualifications
∎ - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
∎ - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in administrative operations and accounts, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
∎ - Proven track record of driving profitability and implementing process improvements in a similar role.
∎ - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
∎ - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
∎ - Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

∎ 1. Profitability Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy within the first 3 months to achieve profitability, including cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency targets.
∎ 2. Operational Efficiency Report: Submit a quarterly report detailing process improvements, cost savings, and operational performance metrics.
∎ 3. Team Development Program: Establish a training and development program within 6 months to enhance team skills and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
∎ 4. Financial Oversight Dashboard: Create and maintain a monthly financial dashboard to track budgets, expenses, and revenue, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.
∎ 5. Supplier and Vendor Agreements: Negotiate and secure at least 3 new supplier contracts within the first 6 months to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
∎ 6. Customer Satisfaction Metrics: Implement a customer feedback system within 4 months and achieve a minimum 10% improvement in customer satisfaction scores within the first year.
∎ 7. Compliance Audit: Conduct a bi-annual audit to ensure full compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards, maintaining zero violations.
