Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales, Data Analysis (Growth) and Accounts Intern to join our team and support business growth while gaining hands-on experience in telesales, growth and financial operations. contributing to sales excellence, CRM, growth analysis, cost optimisation, compliance and strategic budgeting. As a full-time position, it offers intensive training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to corporate sales, marketing, growth and finance—paving the way for exceptional career progression at Fargo.
Key Responsibilities:
For Tele Sales Marketing (Growth) Intern –
1. You have deal with CRM and ensure you get to know all customers, forster rock solid relationship with customers, get to know details of customers and generate sales at least 50-100 sales per day.
2. Maintain record of all customers contacted and at the end of the day report to supervisor and maintain a log sheet of progress. Everyday progress has to be improved at least 5%.
3. Treat customers as family persons and close friends.
4. Maintain all best practices of CRM and conduct own research on CRM improvement and document and share them with the supervisors.
For Data Analysis (Growth) Intern-
1. Analyze growth trend both present and future. Come up with insights and facilitate growth.
2. Must have excellent knowledge of data analysis and superior knowledge of excel and other data analysis tools and techniques.
3. Conduct market study and trends analysis and prepare strategy for growth by finding out market gaps and opportunities.
4. Innovate strategy based on facts and take the company to next level.
5. Must be a quick learner and has to be ready to work smart and hard.
6. Must deliver any other responsibilities and alays remain warm despite fluctuations.
For Accounts (Growth) Intern-
1. Assist in day-to-day corporate bookkeeping, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial ledgers using tools like QuickBooks or Excel.
2. Support the preparation of profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and basic financial reports under the guidance of senior staff.
3. Reviews of expenditures, payments, and procurement processes to ensure adherence to the highest standards of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, local tax laws).
4. Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies, such as analyzing vendor contracts and operational expenses to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
5. Collaborate on procurement workflows to verify invoices, prevent unauthorized spending, and recommend efficiency improvements
7. Participate in team meetings to analyze financial data, generate insights, and contribute to decision-making for operational enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Education: Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, MIS, CIS, Accounting, finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed public or private university in Bangladesh (e.g., University of Dhaka, North South University, BRAC University, IBA, or equivalent).
Location: Must reside in or close to Banasree, Dhaka, for easy commuting.
3.Knowledge: Strong be able to handle Microsoft packages, understanding of fundamental statistics, research and accounting principles, procedures, and corporate bookkeeping; familiarity with P&L preparation is a plus.
Skills:
1. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, marketing, growth, etc. (Excel advanced functions, marketing, growth, basic financial modelling).
2. Keen eye for detail to detect fradud, irregularities and ensure zero-tolerance for pilferage or non-compliance.
3. Keen to understand research and eager to learn new things quickly.
4. Be able to work in a team and collaborate with others to propel growth.
5. Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and procurement best practices.
6. Personal Attributes: High moral integrity, ethical decision-making, and a proactive attitude toward learning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
7. Skilled in MS Office; exposure to accounting software is advantageous.
8. Other: No prior work experience required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
What We Offer
Starting fees of BDT 10,000 per month during the training period, with performance-based increments. If a candidate is a fast learner and ready to joint team as a full-time employee, his probation period will end instantly and get a salary in the corporate structure after two months. Please note all interns must pass the training and evaluation with the highest numbers for that.

Outstanding performers will fast-track to roles like Operations Manager, Head of Tele Sales, or Operations Director within 3-5 years, with salaries ranging from BDT 70,000 to 150,000, plus benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, house rent, annual bonuses, and professional development allowances if he contributes in the growth of the company significantly.
Learning Opportunities:
Structured on-the-job training and workshops on advanced training will be provided on marketing, telesales, growth, analysis, project assignment will be given, accounting and compliance, and exposure to cross-functional projects for holistic skill-building.
