Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, delivering personalized, courteous service.
Provide expert recommendations and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Fargo Mart’s products and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Sales and Product Promotion:
Use proven sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales.
Establish relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Stay informed of seasonal promotions, communicating deals and discounts effectively to customers.
Operational Support:
Help with inventory management by organizing products and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and attractive.
Accurately process transactions using the store’s Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure proper cash handling.
Maintain the visual appeal of the store, including clean and well-organized product displays.
Contribute to meeting team sales targets and provide support in daily operations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Attend team meetings and share ideas to improve performance, operations, and customer service.
