Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Science (MSc) in Health and Nutrition, Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Child Nutrition and Development, Daycare Management, PreSchooling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safe and secured environment for children
∎ Ensure proper learning and nurturing environment for children for their physical, mantel and socio- emotional development
∎ Supervise all operational activities of Day Care Center (Dolna) including day celebration
∎ Capacity development initiatives for Caregivers and Supervisors
∎ Organize different forums for parents for awareness build up and customer satisfaction
∎ Take different branding initiatives for Day Care Center (Dolna).
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
