Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Café Amazon outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
∎ Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
∎ Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, inventory, and equipment.
∎ Supervise and support outlet managers and staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Organize and oversee training programs to improve staff skills and service quality.
∎ Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all outlets.
∎ Address customer feedback and complaints, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
∎ Promote a customer-centric culture within the team.
∎ Assist in preparing and managing budgets for each outlet.
∎ Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings.

∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products.
∎ Implement systems to track and control inventory across all outlets.

∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ Support local store marketing efforts to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and make recommendations for future activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
∎ Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Report to the Head of Café Amazon on the overall performance and progress of the operations.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to Café Amazon’s operations.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry.
∎ Proven track record of managing multiple outlets or a large team.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Proficiency in both Bengali and English.

∎ The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Café Amazon outlets across Bangladesh. This role focuses on ensuring efficient and consistent service, managing staff, optimizing resources, and driving profitability while upholding the brand's standards. The Operations Manager works closely with the Head of Café Amazon to execute strategic plans and achieve business objectives.
