Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Supervise hospitality operations ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, event planners, and operations teams to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to company service protocols and hospitality standards.
- Handle escalations and implement corrective measures to improve client/guest experience.
- Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and marketing content for hospitality services
