Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to supervise security activities of FCI Group in the responsible area, such as – Regular Duty, Daily posts and post orders, Leave management of the team in line of HR policies and procedures etc.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for managing and monitoring the distribution of duty & managing daily roster of security personnel and FS in his respective units.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and monitoring of overtime of security personnel & FS of respective plants in line of HR policies and procedures.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to provide security uniform/dress & Gears (Shirt, pant, shoe, winter jacket etc.) of respective unit on time.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to maintain security awareness, incident registers, guarding roster, correctness of OT and extra/ emergency duties. He should manage security of units through security program measures, human security measures, architectural measures and equipment measures.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to train, response and supervise Earth Quake & FIRE Evacuation drill and procedures.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to for security liaison for BEPZA office, BEPZA Custom-Security Gate & Office, Ashulia Police Station, Savar Police station, DSB Ashulia, DB Savar, Industrial Police (01) Sreepur Ashulia, Traffic Police Savar and others.
∎ The incumbent should support fleet management, Canteen Management, and Accommodation Management for Maintenance (off-period), Utilities (Gas, water & Power), Employee Related, Waste Management.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow and implement COVID – 19 protocols as applicable.
