∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Social Science, Child Development, Master of Science (MSc) in Social Science, Child Development
∎ BBS/BSc, MBS/MSc with Social Science/ Child Development will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Education, teaching
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Social work
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide care for children, such as setting schedules and routines, physical activity, feeding.
∎ To develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic education, skills and concepts, such as communication, manners, sharing etc.
∎ To maintain a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and report to concerns staff and parents.
∎ To help children discover new interests by introducing them to art, music, sports, and other potential hobbies.
∎ Strong understanding of stages of childhood development.
∎ To ensure children are learning positive behaviors and providing guidance or approved discipline as needed.
∎ To keep records relating to child care.
∎ Working with parents to help children progress towards educational and behavioral goals.
∎ Keep records of each child’s progress, interests and any problems that may occur.
∎ Regular update report have to submit time to time to the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 01 year relevant Experience Will Be Given Preference
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing.
∎ Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter.
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
