2-3 years in the relevant field.

• Plan and monitor the distribution of battery products to dealers, retailers, and corporate clients within the assigned region.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure consistent product availability and sales flow.

• Track and analyze sales movement, stock levels, and replenishment needs across distribution points.

• Handle after-sales service requests including warranty claims, product complaints, and replacement processing in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with the technical/service team to resolve customer complaints related to battery performance or defects.

• Conduct regular field visits to dealers and service points to monitor service quality and gather market feedback.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on distribution performance, service cases, and market conditions.

• Support the sales team in achieving regional distribution targets and expanding the dealer network.

• Ensure proper documentation of service records, complaint logs, and warranty registers.

• Identify market gaps, competitor activities, and customer needs and report findings to management.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in distribution management, after-sales service, or a similar role — preferably in the battery, electronics, or chemical/manufacturing industry.
