Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Post-Graduation degree preferably in commerce/business discipline from a reputed University having no third class/ division or equivalent CGPA in academic career;
• CA/ACCA/ICMA-intermediate level/Application level qualified will get preference;

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Candidates must have sound knowledge & experience in General Banking/ Investment/Foreign Trade operations/AML & CFT issues/ DCFCL/Risk Based (Process) Audit, BASEL Accord, VAT, Taxation etc.
• Should have good understanding of audit concepts & techniques, compliance of audit observations and effective monitoring skills;
• Candidates must have good analytical, problem solving skills along with multi task ability;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Preferably minimum 5 years’ job experience in a reputed commercial bank with at least 2 years’ experience in the area of Audit & Inspection/Monitoring & Compliance;
• Age within 40 years as on 31.08.2025.

Job Requirements:

• To conduct comprehensive & effective regular/routine internal audit/inspection of Branches/Units or Divisions/ Departments of CHO as per annual plan and guidelines of the Bank;
• To carry out surprise/special audit/inspection/investigation as & when required;
• To prepare audit report & executive summary along with recommendations on the basis of audit findings/observations;
• Ensure that the compliance with the internal inspection/Bangladesh Bank Inspection report is received from the branches /Divisions within the scheduled time;
• Review the compliance report, taking measures for compliance of non-compliant issues and to furnish summary report in this regard;
