Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Role:
- Promote and sell medical equipment & instruments to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and Universities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments from clients.
After Sales Service Role:
- Provide after-sales service support to all clients including installation and calibration.
- Render services concerning troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment performance.
- Provide training and technical guidance to users regarding equipment usage.
- Maintain proper service records and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
