∎ Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vetting (Deed, Bia Deeds, Khatianss, Drafting of Deeds, Documents registry at sub-registry office, Mutation procedure at AC Land office; Land development rent payment at Land office Miscellaneous case to the court.
∎ Drafting deed of land purchase and sale, Baina, Deed of exchange, Lease agreements, Rental Agreements, Deed of mortgage, Deed of General, Irrevocable and foreign power of attorney Deed of Redemption and Revocation, different kinds of agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Tri-Party Agreements, documents creating charge on fixed and floating assets, Partnership agreements, etc.
∎ Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds bia-deeds, records, purchases, survey maps, khatians, dags, DCRs, of CS, SA, RS, BS, etc. mutation, documents, tax documents, and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinely the purchasable lands and their unhindered.
∎ Maintaining liaison with external authorities like Government and Non-Government authorities; External counsels and lawyers; third-party vendors and suppliers for legal matters
∎ Vetting contracts and land documents and drafting different legal documents
∎ Dealing with any land matters (Purchase and sales)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge of land deeds, mutations, porcha, land measurements, and different surveys (DCRs), i.e., CS, SA, RS, BS, title deeds, Baya deeds, Khatians, Dags, commissioning, etc.
∎ Excellent writing skills, both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, and Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and others
