Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science is Preferable.
∎ EEE, ETE or any bachelor degree with strong IT Knowledge.
∎ Applicant with Oracle System competency will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems and ensure that all related software and hardware are functioning properly.
∎ Install and troubleshoot operating systems and other software and apps.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot different types of hardware and networking devices.
∎ Perform data backup, recovery, distribution, and maintenance.
∎ Maintain and follow up on different types of inventory, logs, license information, and user requirements.
∎ Organize training for other departments regarding various IT operations and updates.
∎ Communicate with vendors to find updated and proper solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, and relevant IT policies.
∎ Ensure user support by maintaining coordination between the supervisor at HQ and the plant head.
∎ Ensure end-user support for Oracle EBS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
