  • Working knowledge of software packages (applicable at the time).

  • Knowledge of materials associated with print & packaging.
  • Behaves with tact, sensitivity and responsibility in dealing with both internal and external  parties.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Check order receive status daily basis.
  • Issue PI, Sending PI within flexible time to customer as per PO.
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
  • Follow up for payment receive from customer end & afterwards proceed for bulk production.
  • Provide product information, pricing, lead-time and availability information for all kind of products over mail & phone.
  • Follow up with production team for making goods ready on time.
  • Follow up the product sample of customer & ensure it to sales team.
  • Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
  • Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Liaising with internal customers and ensuring commercial objectives are meet.
  • Follow up with Supply Chain department for smooth material issue.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with customers.
  • Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
  • Follow CS Manager’s decision as well as company’s rules & regulation
  • Lead team for effectively processing and execution of orders.
