Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle all kinds of L/C related issues, banking functions and documentation.
∎ Prepare import/export documents.
∎ Checking LC terms and condition and Prepared shipping documents.
∎ Perform works related to customs consumption & other related activities.
∎ Submission of documents of negotiation to bank after completion of delivery.
∎ Liaise with internal & external customer for on time shipment planning.
∎ To monitor & update delivery record.
∎ Handling C&F Agent.
∎ Co-ordinate & follow up with forwarder.
∎ Perform the work related to EX-Bond & other customs authority.
∎ Coordinate the customs audit.
