Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the infrastructure’s stability, reliability, scalability, and compliance in accordance with the network security and regulatory requirements,
∎ Lead the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of enterprise networking and infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi on Various types of products.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot MikroTik, Cisco, and Firewall, Wireless controller and AP, IP Cameras, etc SPOC for the ISP and other vendor/s for the relevant domain.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring company Datacenter power, cooling, fire & safety systems with scheduled maintenance by collaboration with service vendors.
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain MikroTik, and Fortinet of the existing environment. Configure and Troubleshoot routing (OSPF, RIP, BGP, Static routing, etc)
∎ Configure and Manage Monitoring tools (Opmanager, Appmanager, NetFlow, Cacti, etc).
∎ Work on Different types of virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Vcenter, VMware workstation, VirtualBox, etc).
∎ Monitor and track incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System in support of the incident and problem management process.
∎ Monitor Microsoft Exchange server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, and perform and monitor system backups.
∎ Manage online and offline systems & network Configuration backup schedule-wise.
∎ Monitoring and Planning Storage calculation depends on Company data size.
∎ Monitor Company NOC/BMS team for the best output of the monitoring system.
