Education:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Social Science, Master of Arts (MA) in Development Studies
∎ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

∎ Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
∎ Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
∎ Proven experience and ability to work in complex situation, specially working with the youth on their rights.
∎ Strong and proven experience in coordinating livelihood activities for the youths in community level.
∎ Proven ability to Integrate livelihoods with other project goals and activities like Youth Economic Empowerment.
∎ Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable livelihood programs, including training and capacity building of the target community people, specially the youths and women in rural context.
∎ Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Economic Empowerment for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
∎ Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation the impact of Youth Economic Empowerment initiatives.
∎ Ensure cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
∎ Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.
∎ Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
∎ Strong understanding and adequate experience on Youth Economic Empowerment in rural context.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
∎ Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
∎ Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
∎ Able to function in high pressure situations while demonstrating emotional intelligence·
∎ Able to provide critical insight, seek feedback from multiple parties and is willing to adapt behavior where necessary·
∎ Relates well to all kinds of people, acknowledges the contributions people make and demonstrates integrity in dealing with others·
∎ Able to respond to changes in work schedules and patterns, when necessary, with sufficient flexibility and resilience·
∎ Able to manage expectations and conflicting priorities to protect the interest of the project

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Project: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its DURBAR: Girls-Led Climate Solutions Project from 1st July 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh in Barguna Sadar Upazilla. Objective of this project is “Youth in all their diversity, especially young girls in Bangladesh are climate resilient”.
