Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax and VAT, VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep proper compliance as per VAT Act and ensure required information input in VAT Software.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT and their potential impacts on the organization.
∎ Prepare and submission of VAT Return.
∎ Responsible for all VAT-related queries and filings in a proper way.
∎ Preparation and review of VAT 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.6 reporting on VAT.
∎ Ensure monthly proper VDS deduction from suppliers' bills.
∎ Document management related to VAT.
∎ Prepare Input-Output coefficient, monthly VAT return and submit with necessary required documents
∎ Formulate TR Challan & deposit to the bank.
∎ To prepare Input- Output coefficient (4.3) declaration.
∎ To face any kind of VAT audit and VDS knowledge and collect VDS challan from customers.
∎ Prepare Quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group.
∎ Frequent movement with VAT office and customer end with maintaining a positive relationship with the circle office.
∎ Reporting & Implementing VAT compliance.
∎ Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of latest amendment of Tax/ VAT;
∎ Basic Computer skill.
∎ Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill.
