Additional Requirements:
Practical experience in MS Word, MS Excel & email correspondence.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Fuel slips through software according to KPL (Kilometers Per Liter) with route distance and maintain complete trip history to track fuel consumption accurately.
Measure distance for vehicles as per trip schedule and maintain records to ensure accurate billing for transportation services.
Verify and adjust the kilometers before and after completing a round trip to ensure precise billing for the services provided.
Calculate various types of transport-related bills, including waybill, trip bonus, fuel slip, and input them into dedicated software to facilitate transparent and accurate billing processes.
Verify VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) data after completing the program and generate a waybill for the vehicle to maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
Ensure proper entry and exit recording of vehicles through software to maintain accurate records of their movements for billing purposes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
