  • Experience in automating reports and working in centralized online banking processes preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Position will be offered to deserving candidates based on relevant experience and competence in credit operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of all loan-related regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank including CIB, CL, SBS (SBS-1, SBS-3, 3.1, 3.2), Basel III, Stress Testing, Risk Management, CMSME, Agriculture, Islamic Banking, Large Loan Reports (L-Form, Overdue, CDLC), RBS & ECL reporting etc.
  • Maintain, validate, and reconcile credit data in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines including field-level error checking (over 250 fields) and contract validation (over 35,000+ contracts).
  • Responsible for calculation and posting of quarterly loan provisions, forecasting of loan classifications, interest suspense, and provisioning.
  • Prepare and finalize loans and advances section (Asset Side) of the Annual Balance Sheet and contribute to annual report notes.
  • Ensure timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly reports to Bangladesh Bank and internal divisions as required.
  • Process and claim refinance and stimulus funds from Bangladesh Bank as per guidelines.
  • Submit ad-hoc reports as requested by regulators and internal management.
  • Support internal, external, and Bangladesh Bank audits by providing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Automate reporting processes and develop tools to improve credit reporting efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with rating agencies for loan portfolio data and provide analytical input for CAMELS & Credit Risk Rating reports.
  • Prepare and validate all data related to credit risk under BASEL III, Financial Projections, and Risk-Based Supervision frameworks.
  • Perform loan documentation, limit loading, disbursement, adjustment, and maintain all necessary loan documents and securities.
  • Authorize daily credit operations such as disbursement, renewal, restructuring, enhancement, and rescheduling.
