Responsibilities & Context:
Microbiological analyzing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, preparation of specification of raw materials and finished products.
Performing of validation and calibration activities of different process, method and laboratory equipment.
Perform routine environmental monitoring of manufacturing area and microbiology laboratory according to SOP
Perform limit test, sterility test, LAL test for the products and raw materials and prepare report for each.
Perform the antimicrobial effectiveness test and preservative efficacy test.
Prepare and maintain SOP, COA, Specifications, Log book etc.
Routine analysis of Water (Purified water, Water for Injection (WFI), Portable water, etc).
To maintain, storage and control of microbiology laboratory inventory (glassware, reagents, spare parts etc.)
Perform the antimicrobial effectiveness test and preservative efficacy test.
