Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Commerce from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all VAT related register like (4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.10 9.1) as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016& keeping record in NBR approved VAT software and own MS-Excel.
∎ Checking VAT Challan Provided by the Vendor.
∎ Dealing with Supplier for VAT Issues& informed the line manager for further instruction.
∎ Preparation of all sort of supporting regarding Tax& VAT Assessment purpose.
∎ Always keep update & Communicate with VAT & customs authority for facing the VAT audit.
∎ Any other VAT & Tax related task assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly inventory report.
∎ Assist preparing various reports for the management.
∎ Monthly/Annual Return preparation and Submission.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in VAT &TAX department in a reputed organization. Those who have no direct experience in VAT & TAX department in a reputed organization not need to apply.
∎ Handling (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) of Group of Companies independently.
∎ Conducting hearing with NBR and VAT Authority independently.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
