Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline and computer literacy is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have strong knowledge on garments accessories.
∎ Should have strong confidence on received of raw materials, perform inventory, report to the concerned department.
∎ Should have the confidence to issue correct material to the production floor as per style wise requisition.
∎ Carry good knowledge on ERP systems. Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, etc).
∎ Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figures for the next action plan.
∎ Maintain daily weekly monthly requisition for material as per production requirement.
∎ Update daily register and bin card.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory and closing reports.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & deliver reports & inform to department head by email.
∎ Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Supply chain, operating experience of Store-related ERP software, the Advance level user of MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
∎ Must be practical knowledge in ERP.
∎ Integrity & confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication.
