Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Graduates any discipline from the reputed university. MBA/BBA in marketing will get preference.
∎ Skills required: Ability to work under pressure, accountability, adaptability, advanced knowledge of MS office and basic computer operating skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have marketing knowledge on products items (Pant, Shirt, Panjabi etc).
∎ Capable of enrolling in new customers & make strong relationship with them to create & operate big volume business with them.
∎ Regularly follow-up with existing & potential customer in assigned area.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented.
∎ Have to achieve annual value, volume & profitability target for the specified territory, ensuring sales & collection within due time frame.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Insure growth in marketing.
∎ Provide proactive sales support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
∎ Create and be accountable for follow up of all customers proposals, problems, contracts & any other related documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to the experienced candidates in garments products sales & Marketing.
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
TA/DA 6000-8000 Tk (Monthly) depend on area.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Gratuity as per company policy
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3 (Yearly)
