∎ Reporting into the General Manager, Candidate will have full responsibility for purchase.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Purchase requisition/ Purchases order
∎ well known civil/ construction work
∎ Prepare the monthly purchase budget based on the forecasted
∎ Communicate with the suppliers , collect rates and quotation
∎ Prepare comparative statements (CS) and do analysis.
∎ Submit CS To the authority for approval and issue purchase order to the supplier
∎ Negotiate with the suppliers for fix the item price
∎ Randomly visit the market and purchase goods
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge over civil, mechanical and electrical items
∎ Sound knowledge over MS Excel and MS word
∎ Must have capacity of work in under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
