∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain appropriate stock in the depots to support sales.
∎ Update software data accordingly.
∎ Check and review undelivered status and plan for delivery
∎ Ensure all safety & security.
∎ Communicate factory production & operational staffs to get the product in time.
∎ Ensure vehicle utilization & fill up Trip target.
∎ Ensure training for all staff.
∎ Supervise and guide the SIC about depot storing arrangement and house keeping.
∎ To monitoring depot & factory wise short / excess, slow & nonmoving, promotional items, depot wise damage, SR, wrong delivery etc.
∎ Inventory maintain.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by top management.
∎ Depot Account maintain as per company system.
∎ Follow-up depot & dealer wise undelivered and communicate with the depot.
∎ Analyze depot physical stocks, short / excess inventory and take necessary actions.
∎ Find out slow and nonmoving items and give appropriate disposal.
∎ Arrange & monitor special delivery.
∎ To identify delivery related problems like small DO, unloading delays by the party, wrong DO, receipt by the dealers etc.
∎ Coordinate with sales and work as per feedback.
∎ Preparation of reports as asked by management.
∎ Give necessary disposal of distributors returns & various damages.
∎ Visit to Party.
∎ Supervise depot racking / stocking and compliance of FIFO method.
∎ Ensure compliance of all policies and guidelines.
∎ Check mails & SMSs and reply.
∎ A/C statement UpToDate.
∎ Stock maintain with ERP & excel. Reconciliation all issue & receive.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
