Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and disburse petty cash and record into the company's books of account
∎ Verify petty cash expenses
∎ Verify transport costs and record these into the company's books of account
∎ Ensure proper utilization of company vehicles
∎ Receive customer orders and place orders for approval
∎ Receive and issue customer challan & sales order through the company's book
∎ Deposit customer payments into company bank accounts and post into the company account
∎ Maintain VAT accounts as per government rules
∎ Conduct physical stock-taking to reconcile depot's systems stock
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the depot accounts of FMCG organization will get preferences
∎ Good command over MS Office suite. Especially in MS Excel
