Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.

  • Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries & Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems & complaints.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Delivering information about a company’s offerings.

  • Direct customers to online resources & providing proactive customer outreach.

  • Attend weekly team meetings & participate in team-building activities.

  • Present ideas for improving customer care, Handling customer complaints & responding to customer reviews.

  • Develop customer rapport & collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

  • Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys.

  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
