Communicating with customers through various channels.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries & Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems & complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
Direct customers to online resources & providing proactive customer outreach.
Attend weekly team meetings & participate in team-building activities.
Present ideas for improving customer care, Handling customer complaints & responding to customer reviews.
Develop customer rapport & collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys.
