• Willingness to travel regularly for market visits and client meetings.

• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Sajeeb Group, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and driven “Officer/ Sr. Officer- Business Development” to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through market visits, sales data analysis, training sales teams, and supporting new product development. This role will play a key part in enhancing the company’s presence in both Corporate and Modern trade markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market visits to corporate clients and modern trade outlets to monitor performance of sales executive (corporate & modern trade) and conduct market audits.

• Perform market data analysis to understand sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

• Provide sales enhancement training to sales executive (corporate & modern trade), helping them optimize sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Analyze the market share of existing products and assist in the development of strategies for new product development.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop initiatives that enhance product visibility and sales performance.

• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends and customer demands.

• Prepare and present reports on market analysis, sales data, and competitor activities to senior management.

• Assist in launching new products in both the corporate and modern trade markets.

• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management.
