Audit, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform routine audit work in factories, Depot Offices (for FMCG, Cement, Feeds), Chittagong Office, Aviation, Security House to ensure compliance.
∎ Conduct regular Market visit all kinds of price rate of purchase items, materials and prepare report.
∎ Physically market visit to check the different activities
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Check the day to day financial transaction related documents of the group.
∎ Check bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
∎ Check inventory with software generated report by physical counting on regular basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Problem Solving skills and Analysis.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
