Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly Channel Partner bills and support basic ledger updates.
Issue VAT challans using VAT software and keep records properly.
Process monthly transport and delivery bills with all required papers.
Maintain daily transport movement and sales reports and send them to the Head Office.
Check daily cashback offer sales and submit verified reports.
Collect competitor LPG prices during field visits and report them.
Maintain delivery, sales, and customer ledger records in Software.
Assist in audits and do any other accounts tasks given by Management.
