Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have BSc in Agriculture / Animal Husbandry with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup a silage production plan
∎ Achieve production target
∎ Maintain collaboration with purchase and production team
∎ Ensure delivery of silage as per sales team requirement
∎ Conduct on field quality test
∎ Organize all necessary elements for silage production
∎ Ensure quality of produced product
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates
∎ Have to be efficient in both written and verbal communications
∎ Must have knowledge on silage production and maize lifecycle
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, Internet browsing
∎ Have to be skilled in people management and networking
∎ Able to work under pressure and oversee multitask
