Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Consumer Goods Items Like as Tiles, Sanitary wear, Door Etc.
∎ Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly, annual sales target of the assigned territory.
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ Analysis and Solve problems come from retailer and customers.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and presentation, sales target.
∎ Ensure superior customer service through regular field visit.
∎ Develop re-growth territory & retailer management.
∎ Dealer monitoring, handling, target setting and achieving.
∎ Marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Monitoring responsible area's customers to understand their needs and achieving sales target.
∎ To build a strong relationship with the assigned area's retailers for increasing sales.
∎ Consult with other executives, staff and board members about general operations.
∎ Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects.
∎ Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
∎ Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results.
∎ Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
∎ Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
