Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how products should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales;
∎ Produce layout plans of product display for showroom;
∎ Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines in ISM aspect.
∎ Merchandizing of products, furniture, staff, attitude, promotional technique, promotional materials & other related jobs;
∎ Creative ideas generation for attracting customers about the product & to implement the ideas to improves the display condition of showroom;
∎ Update the line manager about competitors In Store Merchandizing (ISM) works, showroom renovation, POP installation & other things which are better than our organization;
∎ Sales Stimulation Program (SSP) implementation at all showroom of the Company;
∎ Plan making for follow up of ISM & SSP and implementation accordingly;
∎ Work as Task Force Team member to increase sales of different showroom;
∎ Identifying the low performing showroom & to take initiative to increase their sales;
∎ Plan making to upgrade every individual Floor Sales Man (FSM) of sales about their behavior & Product Knowledge.
∎ Showroom visit on regular basis all over Bangladesh;
∎ Special task completion according to management instruction.
