∎ Department: Retail Finance (Deposit, Home Loan, Car Loan)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned monthly Multi Product Business Targets.
∎ Conduct survey and identify potential and promising clients
∎ Regular visits to Developers, Car Vendors, Corporate, Government, MNC, Educational Institutes etc. to generate pipeline of potential clients
∎ Prepare visit reports, pipeline, visit plan.
∎ Provide high quality services and maintain a very good relationship with the customer and other stakeholder.
∎ Manage cross selling of Company's products
∎ Monitor and follow-up of disbursed loans and ensure timely recovery of loans.
∎ Generate new business while cross selling of different products.
∎ Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in any Bank/ Financial Institution in Deposit, Home Loan, Car Loan.
∎ Product/Business Knowledge of Bank/FC
∎ Knowledge about Industry and business intelligence
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Effective communication skills
